Strange symptoms I need to be checked for

So around March 27th, I had a bad BAD bout with a stomach bug, around that time my back had begun to hurt and I developed these strange tender areas on the sides of my rib cage, inner and outer thighs, and rarely my triceps. I've checked everywhere and have not seen any results other than stuff I know I do not have. On top of that I have some symptoms I don't think are related to anything other than typical allergies like feeling sluggish and such. Though my nausea did come back in a big way for 3 days and then suddenly went away again.

Is there something I'm missing here? Or is there nothing wrong? I need some answers because I wanna know whether these are worrisome or not.

I will state I had previously taken the antibiotic doxycycline in March for another infection i previously had

I should mention that I don't think my nausea nor my stomach bug had anything to do with the tender spots, but they did appear around the same time.  And I should also point out that I can NOT feel these spots normally, I have to actively apply pressure on the spots to feel them, they feel like bruises with no mark

First thing I'd do is get tested to see if you have or had covid.  Symptoms vary wildly, but muscle pain and nausea are two of them.  And yes, it could be the antibiotic.  They not only tackle the bad bacteria, they also kill off the good bacteria that gives us a strong immune system and mental health and digestive health.  You can try to replenish some of these by taking the best multispectrum probiotic in the refrigerated section of the best health food store around you and you can feed them by eating prebiotics such as fermented foods and cultered foods.
