My dad recently suffered with this type of pain and it turned out to be what they call (tennis elbow) ! Strange i know. You can get supports for the elbows which do help. It should ease in a few weeks, but if it doesn't I would make an appointment with your GP.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is difficult to say what is causing pain in arms and elbow. It can be a pinched nerve, arthritis of shoulder and elbow joint, cubital tunnel syndrome (pinched nerve in elbow), tendonitis, muscle injury, deep vein thrombosis etc.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

There could be several causes. BURSITIS, ARTHRITIS, or Tendonitis. I would suggest IBUPROFEN. If this doesn't give relief consult a physician.
