Sudden onset raw throat pain in muscles of the right side of my neck and shoulder

I was diagnosed with a thyroid cyst on the right side my right thyroid back in October of last year they were going to do a biopsy but then they decided not to they wanted to wait a few months and have a free ultrasound done and they are the VA. Now I woke up this morning with almost no voice a raw throat and pain in my neck on the right side that is making my neck hard to move. It's getting stiffer and stiffer and the pain is increasing could my cyst has ruptured. I also have probably a low-grade fever and headache. Now getting pressure around my whole head.  Diffrent than sinus pressure.

I just don't know what this is because I was fine yesterday and then today waking up like this was just unexpected
