Symptoms of Brain Tumor - No Results

Hi. I'm a thirteen year old female. For the past three months I have been having many symptoms, all of them being of a brain tumor:
-Headaches, worse in mornings
-Pressure in back, right part of head
-Two bumps in back, right part of head
-Dizziness
-Lightheadedness
-Nausea, worse in mornings
-Problems focusing eyes
-Loss of balance
-Loss of coordination
-Weird sensation in hands, causing weakness in hands
I went to the doctor for these things and she gave me a referral for an MRI.
They did not see anything on it. They also did not use dye, which helps when looking for a mass in the brain, because I am so young. I was wondering if there is a possibility that they could have missed something on the MRI. Also, the symptoms are not getting better, they are getting worse. I really want answers and to find out what is wrong, so that it does not get to the point where I cant walk or something like that. Is there a better test that I could get done, or anything that you recommend? Also, do you think that there could be a tumor, possibly Medulloblastoma, in my brain?

I am just a patient, but you should be relieved that the MRI ruled out a brain tumor.
However, the doctor should stil be looking for a source for your symptoms be it migraines and something else (doctors somehow get very stumped when patients have more than one medical issue).

Some of your symptoms are rather... Not specific and could be so many things that is is hard to pinpoint what. Could be sinus, hormones, auto-immune or whatever. So you may end up going to several specialists and getting a few tests to figure out what is going on.

But it is not brain tumor... So this post has to be moved.
