Also check out  Raynaud's Syndrome.
I recently got a few early signs of Raynaud's (cold fingers and changing color) and immediately started supplementing with arginine which becomes Nitric Oxide in the body.
It has improved  since I started taking it 3-4 weeks ago.
Nitric Oxide is a strong neurotransmitter with vasodilating properties that helps blood vessels- including the capillaries- relax and also improves circulation.
Best wishes,
Niko

Hello,

Chiropractic adjustments can certainly help as they work to remove any impingements on the nerves.

Have you been tested for a low thyroid, this too can cause the cold hands?
