Tingles in body/Headache

For a week now I have had a consistant headache. It's dull sometimes throughout the day, but always there. Today it seems to be behind my right eye and top of head. Took an Aleve Sinus and Cold Pill earlier because i tend to have bad eye headaches due to my sinus's. Today though I am having hot and cold sweats with tingling on the top of my and going through by body down my back. Almost like chills. My stomach has also felt weird the past week. I do not have a fever. I just don't feel "right"

Any explanation?

Make a log of the following:

1. Describe your symptoms - what are they like?
2. When did your symptoms begin?
3. How long do they last? WHEN do you get them? Morning? Night? Also   how long do the headaches last?

Also, do you drink at least 2 litres of water or non cafffienated drinks per day?

Have you seen a neurologist?
