Tingling(Shaking) kind feeling in back, upper neck, nose and head.

My question is regarding my mom. She is 56yr old and has been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis about 7 years ago and thus she has been on medication ever since and has been experiencing stiffness and severe pain in the neck area. She got used to it and adapted a new way of life with it. However, things have worsened in the last 3-4 months, it all started with pain in the left shoulder area and a tingling kind of feeling in the left shoulder area and just to be extra careful we got her into the hospital because it was in the left shoulder close to heart and get done with ECG and BP. The hospital discharged her within hours with some pain killers. Then I took her to orthopedic and he recommended an X-ray and some blood tests. The blood tests came just fine however the spondylosis came in X-ray. There were 2 X rays done, I am writing their findings below:

X-Ray 1
X-RAY CERVICAL SPINE AP/LAT VIEW:

Florid ossification is noted along the anterior aspect of cervical vertebra extending from C1-C7-? DISH(Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal hyperostosis)

Large marginal osteophytes are noted at multiple levels.

Bones under view appears osteopenic.

X-RAY 2
X-Ray Lumbar Spine AP/LAT VIEW

Partial Straightening of normal curvature is seen.
Coarse anterior and lateral marginal osteophytes are noted.

These were the diagnosis of both the X-rays.

We knew that she has spondylolysis for many years and for that she was on medication and used special pillows and neck guard ever since. But in the last 3-4 months, she is really under a different kind of pain and with that, she complains of a tingling kind feeling in the upper neck region which touches the head.
Around 5 days back our neighbor little kid came to our house and she accidentally touched my mom nose a little hard(not that hard)  but since that incident, she complains that she has the same tingling kind of feeling in her nose and that sometimes spread to the forehead and upper head. She also says that it feels like the tip of her nose is heavy. The nose and the head problem continued for 2 days before calming a bit down but it again surfaced when she touched her nose by mistake today. My mom has been in constant pain and disturbance for 3 months and that has made her weak and she even lost some weight although her appetite is good and she says 3 times a day and drinks milk at night. Her blood report came alright, it just the vitamin b12 level was a little high than normal. More than the pain its the tingling feeling that disturbs her and makes her uncomfortable. She is able to sleep on the right side of her body because if she sleeps face up the same tingling feeling just shoots up and she says it feels like her whole spinal cord is shaking. Although when she sleeps on the right side of her body she sleeps just fine. Kindly help us find out what this is. It has taken an emotional toll on our family.
PLS HELP ASAP!!!
