Unable to tiptoe

I find that I am unable to tiptoe at all, my muscles are too weak. This also means that I am unable to wear heels and walk funny and slowly. I can't run or jump either. This is progressively getting worse. As far as I know, no-one in my family has the same condition, I am wondering whether this is a neurological problem and if it is, what it is.

I don't know but if your muscles are sore you may have strained them.  Maybe that doesn't fit the symptom profile.  It was just a thought.

You should definitely go and have this evaluated by your doctor.

Yes, this could be a neurological problem.  It could also be something as simple as a b-12 deficiency or even a pinched nerve in your back.  Please go see your doctor.
