I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

hi, this past few weeks I'd noticed a small swollen node on the left side of my neck and it keeps on worrying me. It's not painful at all and the nodes also got a bit smaller. I keep on searching in google and it just really makes me panic. I'm also afraid to go to the doctor. Can you please tell me what to do?
thanks.

This is probably a lymph node. If its getting smaller that's good.

If you have 1 or more swollen lymph nodes for longer than 3-4 weeks with no symptoms of illness, you should go to your Dr.  There are many causes for swollen lymph nodes like infections, diseases like RA, Lupus, thyroid disease and sometimes people just have larger but benign nodes.
