Uncontrollable Sneezing?

For about almost the past week, I seem to go into a sneezing fit every couple of hours or so. Usually its maybe 5-7 sneezes but for the past day its just been sneezing like crazy. There's no other symptom besides the sneezing either. I haven't changed anything about my life, I never get seasonal allergies in the middle of summer, and I've never been allergic to anything so I don't know what could be causing it.

You should try the hit and trial method to know what causes it and removing those things away from you especially at the place where you sleep or spend most of time.  It will take time.  For example dust, spider mites feces that is like dust, etc can cause it. Using a humidifier may help too. Maintain a clean environment and avoid second hand smoke too. Nicotine can cause allergy too.
I also think that you should rinse your nose clean by washing it with water at least two or three times a day inside  upto top ,and gently using a finger to clean any accumulated dust etc with water inside the nose. and then blow it off.
Hope this helps.

Hello~I hope by now the sneezing has settled some, if not, I suggest seeing an allergist, you certainly can't go everyday sneezing.
