Undiagnosed Headaches

In 2013 , I had a sudden headache , that lasted for about 3 days , after calling my mom and telling her about it , she suggested I go to the local ER and have them check me out . The headache was debilitating , nausea , vomitting , and dizziness . I was told I was having migraines . They gave me the typical ER treatment of pain medication , zofran and sent me home with a prescription. Fast forward a week or so , I then suddenly had a seizure. I was put on the back of an ambulance and shipped out to a hospital 3 hours away. I was told I did indeed have a seizure , not sure why , but here's seizure medication , follow up with a speciality dr . The headache returned 2 days later , back to the local ER . Spinal tap to test for meningitis. . I ended up having an even more severe headache from the spinal tap . Back to the hospital . 3 hours away. . They did a blood patch and other testing . Found a pineal region tumor. . So I have been back and forth to Drs . Most of them agreed , the tumor is nothing to worry about but I will require yearly scans to monitor it . Fast forward to now , I still have horrible headaches , seizures , passing out episodes and I do not recall passing out either . My neurologist suggested I see a neurosurgeon for his opinion on my recent MRI scan of the tumor . Neurosurgeon says " not the problem" but wants me to have MRV done . The MRV results have come back and have shown I have an occlusion in the left side of my brain , causing almost a full blockage . We've found the problem ! ( so we think) go back to the neurosurgeon and he says " I'm not touching it , no angiogram because of your age and the risk of causing a stroke " ( I am a healthy ( for the most part , besides this problem) 26 year old female )  so he orders a field visual test and sends me back to my neurologist . My neurologist is now wanting to do a lumbar puncture to measure the fluid pressure and I will also see the ophthalmologist for this visual test . Not only is this frustrating , because there is still no real answer of why this is happening , but more Drs appointments, more polite and prodding . I've done my own research and have stopped because I am literally just sending myself into believing I will have a massive stroke or aneurysm . I'm not sure if any one else has suffered from something similar or exactly like this , if there is any suggestions of what to do ? I am exhausted , as well as my family . We just want answers and I want to return to living the normal life I was before this very first debilitating headache in 2013.

I have also been treated for migraines during this time , I have tried every medication known for them , with no relief . From , every day medication to prohibit them , as well as abortive medications. . Not one has kept these debilitating headaches to stop . They are sudden , and get gradually worse to the point of not being able to function from the pain .
