Undiagnosed Pain for 6 Months

I have pain that comes and comes, mainly occurring in my head, neck, chest and arms.
I have had TMJ and heart palpitations for years, but this pain just started 6 months ago. My doctor does not have any explanation and does not seem concerned, but I am. 29yr old female. Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for responding. I have seen 2 cardiologists & 1 nurse since seeing my PCP and after all in the last 6 months. I have had 2 EKGs, Echo, Holter, thyroid bloodwork, and pulmonary lung function test. All normal results. No answers regarding my palpitations or upper body pain. It’s quite frustrating. I work in an office 5/week and workout 2-3/week.

Welcome.  Any time you have pain, it is wise to be checked out and we are glad you did.  However, it is unfortunate your doctor is not following up to find a cause.  What types of tests did they do?  Was it a full physical that you had?  You can seek a second opinion and I think I would if this has been a chronic situation for the past 6 months.  Remember that pain can radiate up or down.  Here is a link that may help you.  https://painneck.com/chest-pain-neck/ Take a look, and let me know what you think and we will go from there.
