Undiagnosed pelvic pain

Hello,
I am a 27 fit female and I have been experiencing pain only on the left side of my abdomen (right beside my hip bone) for about 5 years. The pain is sometimes a sharp stabbing pain that lasts a few seconds and then slowly pulses down to a dull ache. For years it was only around the time of my menstrual cycle now recently (about the last year) the pain is everyday in the same spot. Some days are better and some I am curled in a ball in pain until the stabbing subsides. I was told I had endometriosis by a gynecologist about 2 years ago but after having laporoscopy surgery I was told the doctor found no traces of endometriosis. I have seen several doctors about this pain and they all seem to brush me aside and I feel don't take me seriously. I am not looking for any pain management treatment (in the form of prescription drugs) just want to know why I am experiencing such intense pain in the same spot everyday. Any suggestions at all are welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

P.S. I regularly workout and have a relatively healthy diet. No junk food and I stay fairly active.
