Undiagnosed widespread pain for 3 year

I have started having widespread pain in my body 3 years ago. The areas that are most painful are my joints, particularly ankles and wrists and also my lower back, spine and neck. But most of the time I feel pain in my whole body. The pain is worst in cold weather, when I consume any alcohol or when I’m tired.
I also have trouble sleeping, I have very painful periods. More recently, in the last 3 months, I have started being hungry and thirsty all the time, but have not put on any weight. I also have phlegm in my throat all the time that I can’t clear.
I have had a series of tests till now to exclude all the obvious causes and every test has come back fine. But I still have not received a diagnosis. I would be grateful for a response.

I had a few of your symptoms due to vitamin D and magnesium deficiency. From your list - pain, phelgm in my throat that I could not clear (ugh!) from vitamin D deficiency. My level was 30 nmol/L (12 ng/L). Optimal vitamin D range is 100 - 150 nmol/L (40 - 60 ng/L).

Magnesium deficiency (severe) symptoms including widespread pain (misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia), excessive thirst, insomnia, vitamin D resistance (magnesium is a cofactor for vitamin D absorption). I have issues with poor appetite regardless but hunger is another symptom of seriously low magnesium. Check out the article by Dr Sircus "Magnesium Thirst Magnesium Hunger"

"Magnesium deficiency is often misdiagnosed because it does not show up in blood tests – only 1% of the body’s magnesium is stored in the blood."
