Unexplained front neck soreness, sweating, and shortness of breath

I really hope someone can help shed some light on my symptoms. About 6 months ago I started to feel warm mess and tingling in my feet which later spread to my legs and arms. I had a brain mri and spine mri done with bloodwork and they were not able to find a cause. These symptoms later went away. About 1 month ago I started feeling the front right side of my neck feeling sore with some moments near my collarbone. I was also getting chest pressure and shortness of breath. The doctor gave me antibiotics and some steroids and referred me to an ent doctor. The ent Doctor felt no masses in my neck and the antibiotics and steroids have not helped. It is progressively getting worse as now there are moments where the right side of my neck feels extremely tight, I feel palpitations and sob, and also sweat a lot from my hands feet and the back of my neck. I had also mentioned to the doctor that I had lost 10 pounds in a year without trying but they did not seem too concerned. I've had normal chest  x rays and bloodwork. It's getting hard to do work at times due to the discomfort. I'm wondering what it could be and what type of doctor to consult

Hello!
Maybe you have anxiety? I am an anxiety sufferer for 10 months now. Anxiety and panic attacks completely came out of the blue one day. I have been dealing with them everyday since now. I also suffer from health anxiety. My biggest thing right now is front neck tightness/swelling. I'm constantly touching my neck thinking I have cancer or something serious. I've gotten check for my thyroid and that came back fine. Drs tell me its all anxiety and it can cause your neck and thought to feel like that. I get chest pressure as well and shortness of breath (all due to anxiety). I also have hot flashes all the time, cry a lot because anxiety makes me depressed. Its just a thought!

Take care!
