Unsolved abdominal and chest pain.

This isn't gonna be about me, this is gonna be about my girlfriend. A few days ago she started to have this pains in her abdomen and chest. She told me it was around the center of her abdomen and under the rib cage which then went to the sides. The pain only lasted a few minutes, but she had similar pain for the next couple days. She hasn't had any pain in the last few days but last night she drank a heavy amount of alcohol. She vomited and there was blood in the vomit, brownish blood. Anyone knows what might all of this mean?

Vomiting blood is a symptom that could be simple, nothing to worry about. Or it could be a sign of something more serious, but can be treated. If she has been vomiting blood, this is something that should be addressed at Urgent Care or a hospital's Emergency Department. They will do the necessary scans, scopes and whatever is needed. The good news is you will likely find out why she was vomiting blood, and they will tell you who she needs to see, and what she needs to do to..

If someone is vomiting blood, they need to be seen by a doctor. Vomiting repeatedly  an cause broken blood vessels and it needs to be checked out by a doctor.

Does she take aspirin or ibuprofen? Is she an over-eater or an under-eater? Aspirin, ibuprofen, alchohol are very hard on the lining of the esophagus and stomach. More so if there is not enough food to absorb it.

She hadn't eaten for many hours when she drank (it was vodka btw). And no, she doesn't take any pills. And she eats regurly but yeah when she drank she hadn't for a a long time.
