Urine Leakage

Hi, I am a 24 years old man, without any health problems.
Except since few months, I have a urine leakage problem (increasing more and more).
It increases with stress.

I had ultrasound of the bladder, before and after urinating and it seems normal regarding full/empty.
I've been checked for STD and it's all negative.

I had urine coming out of my bum as well..... I noticed it as the smell.
I had a little bit of blood coming out from my bum as well at the beginning this start occurring.

Anyone had this problem before ?

In light of your urine leaving your body through your rectum/anus region I would highly recommend you seek treatment with either your GP/PCP or someone he refers you to....this is not normal and screams loudly of some tearing/abnormal connections.  The first place to start would be with your primary MD because most insurance companies require you to see them first for a referral.   He will most likely do an anoscopic examination, or refer you to a Urologist and or Gastroenterologist.  Good luck!

If you are having urine coming out of your rectum, you will have what is called urinary fistula. It is basically a passage from your urinary tract to your rectum. You will need to see a Urologist to confirm this and if in fact that is the problem, the only way to fix it will be surgery.

Wish you well.
