Sorry I should've said take D3 in the morning. It may cause insomnia if taken at night. Also...you need to take it with some food and fat with the food. D3 is a fat soluable vitamin.

Look into potassium also. Or drink coconut water and eat potassium rich foods.

It's possible. You might be able to treat with oral supplements.

I'm not sure if doctors would give injections if they considered you in the normal range. You'd have to talk to them.

If not you could buy supplements.
I use a sublingual and also a liquid B12. The liquid has 80% Methylcobalamin & 20% Adenocobalamin and many people with B12 deficiency have said they use it in between getting the injections in order to keep levels stabilized.

D3 and magnesium would be taken as oral supplements. Many times those are off too if the B12 is off.

Low B12 causes Neuro symptoms, tingling, anxiety, etc. even if your levels are in the lab normal range, you can still have symptoms if not treated, you can have permanent damage

Your level needs to be closer to 800. You can buy Vitamin B12 sublinguals for under your tongue. Try Methylcobalamin B12.

You may be low in Vitamin D3 and magnesium also. All deficiencies need to take supplements.
