Vomiting and Stomach Cramps, Fever to Low Temp!

Hello! My boyfriend has been throwing up for about the past 3 hours now, every 20-30 minutes. He's got the chills and sharp stomach cramps. This has happened to me before (a few times actually) and I can just wait it out and be fine in six or seven hours.

However, his temperature when he first started getting the chills was 99.7. Over the last hour and a half it's dropped first to 97.6, then to 96.9, where it has stayed for about the last 20 minutes. I gave him a heat pack to keep near him, but even though he's bundled up in blankets shivering he says it's too warm. He's also sweating quite a bit.

Help?

Take him to the hospital.  It could be food poisoning, it could be appendicitis, or possibly just a stomach virus.  However, if you are that concerned, you should really probably take him to the emergency room to have him checked out.  If you have him taken by ambulance, they will see him faster than if you just walk in and go in to the waiting room.  For the time being, try to keep him as hydrated as possible.  Give him room temperature water, keep a cold cloth on the front on the neck to help with the nausea.  I hope he feels better soon,
