Vomitting for months, fatigue, Loss of weight and appetite

Okay, I've been waking up every morning vomitting for months straight. I feel so weak, I can't even stand up in the morning. I was diagnosed with Cancer of the ovaries and a large mass about the size of a basketball at the ovaries this exact time last year, and had two surgeries to remove it. Now Im vomiting, And I used to wiegh about 130. I now weigh about 100 pounds, and no matter how hungry I get I wont eat cause I know it will just come back up. I have some of the best doctors money can get, And they cannot figure out what's wrong for the life of them. Ive been back time and time again. And its like I can feel myself wasting away. Please help me figure out whats wrong, or even suggestions on what to test for?! they've given me Zantac, Xenex, and every acid reflux medicine you can think of, so that is out. please please help
