Warm sensation in leg, like warm water trickling down my leg

I’ve been getting this warm sensation. A couple of months ago it was in my right foot. The bottom of my foot would just heat up for a few seconds and go back to normal. Now I have the same warm sensation on the back of my right thigh. It’s not warm to touch, but feels like I have warm water touching me. It comes and goes every few minutes, lasts for a couple of seconds. Looks completely normal from the outside. I’m generally a healthy person, not pregnant nor have I ever been.
