Weird crater like sore near vagina
Okay to start off, i am not sexually active, nor have I had sex. About two days ago I went to use the bathroom, and when I went to wipe, it felt like I had scratched myself, even though I was barely pressing that hard, and it hurt for about 3 minutes. The pain went away when I put a cold wet tissue to the area. Now today, two days later I feel discomfort and pain. I tried taking a picture with my phone and what I can see it looks like a small crater, that was yellowish, and bleeding a little. Could I have cut myself that bad?

It may be a bartholins cyst. Try soaking in a warm tub several times a day for 2 or 3 days. This may cause it to start to drain on its own, Putting some over the counter antibiotic lotion on it as well. Maybe at bedtime. If no relief after this you should see a doctor for a formal diagnosis.
