Weird symptoms?

Hello, I'm new here so sorry if I don't do this correctly. Earlier today my neck started throbbing for no reason. I felt a lot of pressure. Once most of that had faded, I started getting pressure in what feels like my frontal sinus, but mostly in my throat, along the inside curve of the neck (kind of feels like under the very back of the tongue. Some of the pressure goes out to he needs k  as well. It's not painful, just weird feeling with pressure. Not really sure what this is.

Hello~You may have some misplaced vertebrae in your neck, I would see either a chiropractor or an osteopathic physician. Sometimes massages help this condition as well.

I hope you feel better soon.
