What are some tests I can ask for to narrow these symptoms down?

To start, I am 18. I haven't been feeling well at all the past few days. My symptoms have included: coughing, nausea, vomiting, a high fever, bruising on my thighs without injury, severe migraine, pain in my upper abdomen, and blood and protein in my urinalysis. My primary doctor keeps insisting my blood work is okay, but there has to be some test that can show what we're missing. I'm already immunodeficient and have iron deficiency anemia. I had my gallbladder removed about a year ago but that's the only abdominal surgery I've had.
My stomach is bloating to almost double its size sometimes and the abdomen pain feels like somebody stuck a knife in each rib cage. I'm sleeping more and more through the day because of how fatigued my mind and body are, 9-12 hours. I've been keeping a low grade fever on and off and had one high fever of about 104 where I was shaking cold and sweating through my sheets.
I need help knowing what to like for, it's only been three days and I feel like my body is starting to give out on me.

Please get tested for Celiac disease.  That's what mine was and it was discovered after my gallbladder was removed.  I couldn't get weight back and I was anemic and everything you're talking about.  Do not stop eating gluten until they test your blood for Celiac.

Also, I'm sure this is nothing contagious. I live with my boyfriend and work with 14-200 people depending on which job I'm at, so I assume somebody would've caught it by now.
