What causes pressure in head and neck area?

Over past 2 weeks I've had pressure in back of head, neck. And left shoulder pain. I get dizzy when I go to lay down and get up. The shoulder pain can be very extreme.

Hello~I have had these issues, for me, a chiropractor was a big help. I had many mis-aligned vertebrae in my upper back and neck. Everyone is different though, so, I would see your PCP, then, if all is well, certainly see a chiropractor.

This could be a lot of things - a pinched nerve in your neck, an infection in the bone, or a host of other things. Since it's gone on for 2 weeks, it's time to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Hope you feel better soon!
