Having anything that long needs a visit to your physician. Sounds like migraine or cluster headaches. My cluster headaches came from food allergies, and there is an easy way to determine if that is the cause.. Let me know if you are interested in a little self-diagnosis exercise.

Can you touch your chin to your chest?  If not, get to a doctor immediately.  You could have meningitis.
Rapid heart beat can be caused by pain, anxiety or a heart problem.  You might want to see a doctor about that.
Sounds like your nausea is being caused by the headache, since you say your ears are affected by it.   You might want the doctor to check your ears.  Shingles without the rash can cause a similar headache.   Or it could just be high blood pressure.

Please see your doctor.... wishing you the best
