What is causing the constant pressure feeling in my right temple?

Starting on June 8th of 2018 I began to feel odd pressure in my right temple.
I've tried numerous headache/migraine medications, physical therapy for migraines and concussions and had my eyes checked.
My right temporal area can be sensitive to the touch at times and the pressure fluctuates in intensity
(it can be uncomfortable to lay on that side of my head while sleeping).
When the pressure is more intense I can feel the right temporal artery pulsating without touching it.
The pressure sometimes spreads to my right eye. I also endure eye pain there as well.
I had an mri in May of 2018 due to a concussion I endured, it was clear.
I had a cbc with differential, it was healthy.
I feel my right eye is light sensitive.
I also get a pins and needles feeling in my head randomly throughout the day.
I am 28, female, and otherwise healthy.
