What is wrong with me? Infectious, neuro, what?!

It's been over a year since my last post a nd I've became progressively worse. Here are my current most annoying symptoms. Muscle twitching ALL over, upper abdominal fullness and pain that radiates to my back, distal extremity pain, fever, and my favorite, lymph nodes in neck, arms, abdomen, and legs feel like they are on fire. Hi. Thanks for your response. My lymph nodes are painful not painless. I've also had a lymph node biopsy and it showed hyperplasia but doctors can't figure out why. My lymphnodes are swollen from head toe. Hopefully the biopsy means i don't have to worry about cancer...Hopefully. Issacs syndrome sounds dead on. Wonder what other illnesses could cause that, if  any.

Have you been tested for lymphoma?

Excerpt from John Hopkins Medical - Lymphoma:

"The early symptoms of lymphoma may be minor or mimic common illness. The first sign of lymphoma may be a painless swelling in the neck, under an arm or in the groin. An enlarged lymph node may cause other symptoms by pressing against a vein (swelling of an arm or leg), a nerve (pain, numbness or tingling), or the stomach (early feeling of fullness). Other symptoms include fevers, chills, unexplained weight loss, night sweats, lack of energy, chest pain, lower back pain or itching or rashes."

Excerpt from the book: Cancer Rehabilitation: Principles and Practice:

"Patients with small cell lung carcinoma, thymoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma, or plasmacytoma may develop peripheral hyperexcitability which manifests as cramp fasciculation syndrome, or as a syndrome of diffuse muscle stiffness, cramps, and myokymia similar to neuromyotonia or continuous muscle fibre activity (Isaacs syndrome)."
