Feeling tired for 6 months now.

Hi everyone, 7 months ago I had a flu, I've got better after 4,5 days, but I have the fatigue problem now for 6 months since that time. I was full of energy and I barely felt tired. I did 4 cbc blood test, thyroid test, hepatitis b and c, hiv, ESR, CPR
All was normal and negative.
I don't know what to do, I wake up tired every morning.
Any advice?
Thanks a lot.

Could you be depressed?  Are you breathing alright at night?  Some people with sleep apnea (snoring and breath stops briefly) wake up tired all the time.  How is your eating and lifestyle in general?  Do you have products with caffeine in it?

I feel depressed, but I don't think it is the problem. I smoke, about one cigarette a day. Yes I use caffeine. But not much.
I wasn't like that before.
