Why am I having a recurring bump on upper chest ?

on three occasions in the last 12 months i have noticed a bump on my upper chest just below the collarbone. the bump is soft / spongy and looks like a vein. each time as soon as i press on the bump it goes away, there is also no pain associated. I went to the doctor however they said they could do nothing as it was already gone. I'm a 28 year old male with no other conditions other than some IBS.
at first i was concerned because i thought it was a lymph node however the fact that it will pop up randomly and rarely, and disapear when i push it makes me doubt that. any help is appreciated

I have a picture however I’m not sure how to upload it.

Hello~I agree with Anxious No More and the doctor, it is nothing, if anything, it could be a minor muscle spasm in that area, but since you don't hurt at all, it probably isn't that either. I wouldn't worry.

It goes away with a press, so it is nothing that you should worry about.
