Why Is My Appetite And Taste So Off ?
The appetite is very up and down with easy disruption and disslike for anything. Funny tastes with certain foods.
First, get tested for covid, one symptom of it is loss of taste. If it's not that, it can be a lot of things, but if you're someone who is very concerned with your appearance or weight it could be that. It could be a sign of depression. But the first thing I'd do if you haven't already is get tested for covid.

I've been recently tested and thankfully I've avoided Covid thus far since 2020. It's a "rotten" taste in some foods that aren't bad and other foods either won't stay down or I can't even swallow. I'm happy with my body thus far at 30, but is it ever mad!
