Why am I burping, loud and too frequently?
My husband has this thing with burping. It is very loud and one after the other for minutes on end. Sometime and especially at night he cannot bring up his wind and will burp without any result.
Has anyone similar experiences and what do they do about it. My husband is 80. He is not very mobile. He has tried everything to remedy this complaint.

Not sure what a burp is without a result. A burp requires the intake of air to do, you're not meaning hiccups, are you? Burping usually comes from things we consume, such as carbonated beverages or beer or certain foods. Perhaps that's the cause here too.
