Why am I having extreme body temperature changes

I am 16 years of age and for the past week I have been experiencing extreme body temperature changes almost like heat flashes. At one point my face will go tomato red and I'll feel like I'm in the desert and another moment I'll be teeth chattering cold. Sometimes I'll even feel hot but other people touch my skin and it feels like ice. I've also had lots of nausea, a little bit if dizziness, and one or two moments of blurred vision. I do have Crohn's disease (I'm not sure if there is any connection) and I honestly have no idea what is going on. Please help.I need advice.

I know exactly how you feel. These are symptoms of endometriosis. Many teens are dismissed because of hormones and aren't diagnosed until year later in life. Look up the symptoms and ask a doctor.

Hello,

At your age, hormones are constantly changing, mainly estrogen and progesterone, so, this could be the reason for body temp changes you are experiences, this would also correlate with the nausea and dizziness. Give it time, if it gets worse, then seeing a GP might be help.

Also, try using some bio-identical hormones such as natural progesterone cream, you can get this at any good health food store. The herbs, Chaste Berry and Dong Qui are good as well.
