Things my doctor has no idea about. A combination of symptoms. Urgent.

I'm a 13 year old girl, soon to be 14. I'm 5ft and 135lbs. Some symptoms of whatever I have are:
1. Almost ever single one of my joints have been giving out.
2. Fever after a 2 hour nap.
3. Pelvic pain, it feels like a splinter, that shoots up from the base of my pelvis.
4. A rash that appears with a splintering feeling on the right side of my back.
5. The feeling that the nerves at the top of my feet are overlapping.
My doctor and family are not at ALL what I have, but really, it's been getting worse very fast, and it has been worrying my family. I do not have Lyme disease, nor arthritis; I have had blood tests. I can't to my normal activities anymore because of it, and I've been on medical in Gym for a year. The symptoms have been showing very common. My joints give out everyday, mostly my legs, and whenever I get up from a nap, my fever is usually 103 degrees. The pelvic pain happens about once a week, and the pain hurts more every time. Any help, please?

Your doctor has probably ruled this out but have they checked you for Shingles?  I do not know if Shingles causes joint paint but it can cause rash, fever, and pain.  I expect they've checked you for this but just in case ...

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Well, joint pains, nerve pain and rash can be seen in SLE, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, polymayalgia rheumatica and chronic fatigue syndrome. Gout, though typically affects the great toe, can cause multiple joint pain with rash and neural pain. Hashimotos Thyroiditis is another possibility. Hayfever and rheumatoid arthritis too should also be ruled out.
Another possibility is reactive arthritis, which could have occurred in reaction to something—in this case rash. In this case you need to rule out the cause for the hives or urticaria. Urticaria is usually triggered by allergens, such as drugs, foods, insect bites, inhaled substances, in response to sunlight, cold, heat, stress, exercise, or a viral infection. Other common allergens are pollen, mold, dust, pet dander, or cosmetics. Food allergies like to gluten and alcohol too should be looked into. You may need to consult an allergy specialist.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. So please discuss with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

have you had your kidney functions checked? and your thyroid levels? also a CT scan or MRI might be a good tool to help diagnose the problem.
