Nobody can figure out what is wrong with me .

On January 10th. I slept win a girl from my school. The everything went wrong . (Already cleared of all stds at 3 months) we had protected sex but we both gave each other oral unprotected. The next morning I had a red mark on the head of my penis. Went to std clinic and they said that it was a friction spot.  Nothing else happened. Until a week later I started getting a burning sensation on my lips. I thought herpes but nothing ever popped out. Then 1 night I got out of the sauna in the gym. And I felt bumps on the corners of my lips . They are yellow and doctor's said they are called fordyce spots.  I then started developing this yellow dots in my genital area. I had a cut on my **** that I went into the sauna with. As wel as on the head of my penis. The friction spot ended up opening up into a sore and I went into the sauna. Ever since the sauna and the dots appeared, things have gotten worse. I have been back to the std clinic 12 times. Seen 2 dermatologist. 1 urologist and 3 primary care docs. I have tried a shot of bicillin, a round of doxycycline. Fungal cream. 1 tablet of fluconazole.

My symptoms.

Swollen lymph node on left side of neck that will not go away

Raised line of skin connecting penis shaft to head with red inflamed veins underneath. Left side of my penis head has changed texture and when erect looks glossy. ( I am circumcised) there is bruising along the left side of the penis head where the line of skin connects the shaft to the head. There was red dots on the underside of the head . The top of the head on the edge has now become bruised with pain.

When I get out of the shower my chest is extremely red. This goes away soon but various other areas are as well.

Right eye was extremely itchy and no amount of drops fixed it. This comes and goes

I had the burning sensation on my lips and then the dots appeared but they do not burn anymore.

Will get headaches and sometimes feel minority dizzy.

My genital pain is the most concerning to me as it hurts where the inflamed veins are and on top. When erect it looks as if there are bumps under the skin of the head.

NOTE! I was cleared of all stds at 3 months after that encounter. I do not feel weak, I have been going to the gym still and I feel strong. But my lymph node that is swollen will throb after. I have not lost weight. I have done ekg, ultrasound on lymph node. Cancer tests. Carcinoid tumors tests. Liver tests .

I was told my iron levels were a bit high and I should drink more water, bit I drink about 2 gallons a day.

My vitamin D levels were very low and I am on D2 50,000 for 12 weeks. 1 a week.

Please help, this has been ruining my life and nobody can figure out what is wrong . I currently am on day 2 of a 14 day fluconazole prescription and don't feel different .

Do you take any other prescriptions? I still have the raised skin and enlarged veins on my penis as well as some small red dots. I've been taking prescription amphetamine (Vyvanse) for almost 6 years and I'm certain this is causing these vein problems. The internal pudendal and internal iliac veins are most likely blocked or compressed and not allowing the blood to flow out. I stopped taking the Vyvanse and these veins are slowly going away now. There is another vein condition called Nutcracker Syndrome as well that can cause pelvic congestion and these problems. Sorry that it wasn't MTS. How did they check for this condition? Ultrasound or venogram? This seems to be the only problem that having a stent placed didn't fix. Private message me if you want to keep in touch as I'm still having the same penis problems that you have.

Actually May-Thurner causes pelvic congestion and back pain because the Iliac Vein is being compressed by your artery in the front and against your spine in the back. It will cause problems over the body. I had a stent placed at the MTS site recently and all the problems almost immediately went away.

Was checked for MTS and it came back negative

Would pelvic congestion be caused by a bad lower back by any chance? Cause I have had back problems for years and have thought about seeing a chiropractor. Maybe it's all related to my back?

First of all try to calm down. I had something similar to this and it's not serious. I would get checked out for vericocele veins in the testicles which may be caused by pelvic congestion syndrome. It may also explain the swollen veins and problems on your penis. If you have vericocele veins I would get checked for a condition that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. It can cause pelvic congestion and vericoceles and swollen veins in penis and different feeling and look to it. Most doctors will not even think to diagnose this but please get checked for vericocles and MTS. An Interventional Radiologist is a good place to start. Hope this helps and feel free to ask me any questions.

Also, I had a random pain moving through out my body a short while after this occurred. A deep ache. I would move from my legs to my arms to my head to my chest ect.  The pain doesn't seem to be here anymore. Once my lymph node became swollen the pain stopped moving around
