Thanks for you help...
1.I take a multivitamin daily.
2. I do occasionally have vertigo and have to go lay down until it stops.(2-3 times per year)
3. I take an allergy pill daily. I don't know what allergies I have but the pill keeps me from getting unexplained hives.
4. I also take Gabapentin for leg/back pain and Metoprolol for high blood pressure spikes
Well, it would be interesting to find out the following:
1. The extend of the hypoplasia of your artery.
2. What triggered the onset of your symptoms.
3. What are you allergic or sensitive to , in hopes of explaining the mild mucosa thickening.
(You may have mild sinusitis) Look into Dr. Coca's Pulse Test to self-test for any allergies, sensitivities and intolerance to anything you ingest. free download.
4. Does vitamin C supplementation ( taper up to 4x 500mg daily ) or B12 Methylocobalamin
1000 mcg daily help ameliorate your symptoms? You may want to consider 2 separate trials.
5. Vitamin D levels. Treating vitamin D deficiency may help reduce the recurrence rate of vertigo, according to study. Need to rule out benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ( BPPV )
---Talaat, H.S. et al. Reduction of recurrence rate of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo by treatment of severe vitamin D deficiency. Auris Nasus Larynx, 2015.---
Hope this helps,
Best wishes,
Niko
