Why do I sporadically experience flu-like symptoms for a short amount of time?

Every 2-4 weeks I suddenly come down with severe body aches (especially in the legs) and trouble breathing deeply. It’s been going on since December and usually it goes away within a day or two. I can’t seem to find anything online that fits with the duration and frequency of these symptoms.

Been tested for Covid?  It's a very weird disease, it's been around far longer than officially stated, probably since at least November, and you've got two of the symptoms.  But other than that, who knows?  Could be allergies, other diseases, something in how you eat or exercise or sleep.  But I'd get myself to a doctor and get tested for covid at least.
