Recurring Rash Around Waist for 10 Years

I've been getting this recurring rash on my waistline for almost 10 years (bilateral). I've been tested for herpes every 6 months for the past 10 years so its not that(quest IGG tests) -- It has some blisters, but no itching, pain, or anything. Sometimes its little, sometimes it's all over the place. Nobody can seem to figure it out. It doesn't cause me any discomfort aside from how it looks. Has anyone ever gotten something like this?

Perhaps when you have a shower the water is too hot. It can leave a rash.

What kind of pants or shorts or whatever do you wear? Do you wear a belt? Maybe you're allergic to something in that.

Hm.  Could it be related to something like heat?  Or I found this, called a stress rash.  https://www.healthline.com/health/skin-disorders/stress-rash  That you don't itch or have pain, that's a sign that it is something more along those lines.
