Will this get better and what else could be the cause?

I have been having lightheadedness for over a week. Went to my urgent care. I was looked over, got an ekg, blood work....No anemia, no thyroid issues, slightly elevated WBC. Prescribed meclizine.  I take 25mg Olmesartin daily.  My BP has been normal. The meclizine did not help and I started having panic attacks induced by the dizzyness.  With meditation I over came the attacks. After about 5 days of the first visit i went back to UCare and saw my normal provider there. She said i had fluid behind my ears and did a UA which showed a UTI. Started antibiotics yesterday.  Still got the spells today.  Could the diagnosed problems be causing the dizzyness and if so how long before it goes away?
