Wondering if anyone can help?

I have a constant burning type feeling on my left side area, close to hip but still def side and a pinching type feeling directly on my side right above my hip bone. The muscles around my hip feel strained as well. My symptoms originated in my back about 18 months ago and used to wrap around into my groin area, with a burning type sensation. I have had 5 MRIs- 2 lower back, 1 upper back, 1 pelvic and 1 hip. Also have had CT scans and exrays. Nothing of significance in the area I am experiencing pain/discomfort. Lyrica has helped but hast taken away the burning/pinching. Ibuprofen/muscle relaxers only occasionally help. Any ideas out there?

If you were reporting sciatica you might inquire about periformis syndrome.  Doesn't show up on imaging.
