Wrist problems for 3 to 4 years

I have been having sharp pain in my wrist (not thumb) ever since some guy I used to work with grabed my wrists very very tightly and yanked them up in the air. (he was a bully) ever since then (3 or4 yrs ago) my wrists are super sensitive. If i try and do anything that puts any sort of pressure on my wrists they hurt for a month maybe. Could this possibly be Tendonitis?

Ugh, sorry you have had pain for this long!  Perhaps when your wrists were pulled up violently like that, you sprained your wrists and stretched the ligaments.  An unresolved sprain can absolutely cause chronic wrist pain.  Carpel tunnel syndrome can also cause this pain.  Does ibuprofen relieve it at all?  So, I'd see your primary care doctor or an orthopedist to get an xray and evaluate the situation. Let us know what they say!

No one can diagnose you from here but your doc or a physiotherapist or massage person can.
