black spots after moving head?

The other day, I was swaying my head around in the air, messing with friends. When I stopped, I saw small, black dots in both eyes for a few seconds. Is this normal, or could this be something serious?

Sometimes this is caused by your equilibrium.  If you are swaying your head and not giving your equilibrium time to rebalance, you can start seeing spots.  I would recommend you stop swaying your head for the fun of it.  If the problem persists, I would see a doctor.

I think it's normal.  You could check out the Eye Care expert forum for more info (either ask a question or check out their archives).
