brain tumor?

i told my doctor two years ago that i had a brain tumor and she said it was emotional issues. i tried to tell her i am not an emotional person i was just upset because of the current situation me thinking i had a brain tumor. she didnt lissen to me than asked me my past history... i have had a hard life which just further fueled her judgements on me. she gave me an EEG and released me. i tried to tell my mother about the symptoms several times and she got mad at me every time i am guessing she thought i was being a hyprecondraic. my grandparents didnt believe me either... so i didnt do anything else about it. everyone just made me feel like i was being rediculas i thought that maybe it was emotional issues now thinking about it makes no sence since i was completely lethergic in that period of time. now two years later symptoms are really bad. last week i wound up on the bathroom floor shacking uncontrolably for i think 30 minutes maybe longer?? 45?? idk maybe it just felt like that (was in the shower).. i then forced myself out of the shower to the towel from dry heaving and nausa.
daily symptoms are...
-server headaches almost constent
-head pains are some times sharp in a certain spot in my head (not daily)
-server nausea... no vomiting rarely do i dry heve
-loss of memory
-double vision
-floaters flashes and spots in vision
-strobe light like vision
-very rarely noticable hard to discride "thing" in the center of my vision.. it moves and is dark
-grainy vision (best discribes)
-reacurring low grade fevers of 99.something (dont think they are daily i dont check)
-hearing problems... i talk really quiet because i feel like i am talking loud
-decreased sensation of upper right leg mainly you can touch it very lightly and i might not even feel it
-weakness in body
-clumsiness (i used to be a dancer so this isnt usual)
-hand tremors some times
-i get these head rushs sometimes that leave me extra dizzy, more than usual and it makes this loud rushing noise with it. i have to lean up against the wall or lay down
-neck pains and stiffness
-pupils randomly dialate
-pupils have in the past dialated and pin pointed back and forth (not daily)
-pressure in eye soccets
-confusion
- extremely low blood pressure
- lethargic behavior for two years
- feelings of euphoria
- anxiety

is this a brain tumor??

i guess i just want a medical professional on here to tell me from a scale from 1-10 how serious this is. I live in the US but have duel citizenship (canada). I dont qualify for medical insurence here in the US. I dont have anything tieing me down here but moving intimidates me... i have family here. i dont know anyone in canada but i would make the move if i am looking at thousands in medical bills here. so if a medical professional could just tell me from the discription i have posted three things how serious this sounds A) and B) what type of things do i need to prepare for on my own in a new city by myself in my condition... i dout anyone could avdise me on the second question, but the first one would still be much help. thank you for your time ( :

no other tests have been ran just an EEG everything looked fine but my advisor (case manager) at the tramatic brain injury place i have gone to several times told me that a person can come back with a normal scan and it doesnt mean the EEG is correct. the EEG was done 2 years ago when symptoms werent bad as well. my advisor also told me that my symptoms do not match with the TBI i had. TBI symptoms improve over the years not worsen. The cause of the TBI's three years ago were from passing out... I didnt just pass out though. It was weird I collapsed passed out cold than got up like nothing happend seconds later than would collapse again. happend about four times. My grandmother probably doesnt have much longer to live she suffers from Grand Mal Seizures.

I am not a doctor (and there is an expert forum, but he will not diagnose over the internet either)...
What doctors have you seen, and what tests have been done other than the EEG - any blood work?

Low blood pressure - is this documented by doing the blood pressure?

Symptoms like these could be auto-immune, hormonal, or autonomic - it needs a competent doctor to run tests and investigate.
