chronic right hip and groin pain

I'm a very active 28 year old male, been having chronic hip and groin pain for almost a year, on and off but mostly on, i've had several hernia test which came out negative, I've had hernia surgery done on my right side so im not sure if thats even related, went to several doctors and they all said im crazy and making the pain up, one doctor gave me some antibiotics thinking it was some bacterial infection, that did not reduce my pain, if anything it made my situation worse, gave me mouth sores and inflamed my lymph nodes, I've had Ct scans of my abdomen with contrast, an abdomen x-ray, ultrasound of my kidneys and even my hip x-ray, all came out normal, had blood work and urine samples done which all came out normal as well, been to the ER twice due to severe pain and they did nothing but give me some pain meds and told me to go to my general physician. every doctor i have visited seems lost and tells me its all in my head, but let me assure you the pain is more than real, it is hindering my sleeping pattern and even interferes with my sex life, some other symptoms that I've had this year on and off I have written down and will tell you know, hopefully someone can help, right lower middle abdomen pain (sharp, burning, tearing feeling) right hip and thigh pain sometimes both, cramp feeling on right hip sometimes both, sometimes it feels like my bladder hurts, cramping or bloating, at times really bad acid reflux, left pain behind thigh, left inner thigh pain, random sharp pain in head of penis sometimes base of shaft (rarely but scares the crap out of me) some achey feeling around head of penis, right testicle feels sensitive at times when i squeeze it, at times i feel like my testicles hang really low and heavy, weak urine flow at times, get up at least 3 times a night to pee, some pain behind balls (rare but very scary), and odd feeling after peeing goes under and behind left side of testicles sometimes both. I've been to several urologist and they said this happens sometimes, which freaks me out that there is no cure for this, they said to change my diet thinking it might be prostatitis, urologist checked my prostate and said everything seems fine, I'm feeling like im all out of options does anyone know or have an idea what further steps i should take, i feel like im suffering in silence and no doctor has gave me any piece of mind, if anything they worry me more that they can't figure it out .

Hi. You have a lot going on. I really don't have much of an answer for you. My only thought being that most of the anatomy sites of your pain seem to have to do with the nerves of the Lumbar & Sacrum spine. I don't know if you've had MRIs of the lower spine, but maybe something's going on there. I hope you figure it out. (I am a chronic pain patient & understand what it feels like to constantly be in pain)
