circulation problem?

vein spasm on the right of my head above the temple and been getting pain over the top of my head and round the sides. I put that down to sinus pain in the other areas. I also get my arms going numb and fingers on both sides every now and then . Also the other week i had tingling week pains in my chest. The vein spasm on the right of my head sometimes gets worse and feels like my head is about to have a cesure but i put that down to a panick attack ? Please try and give me some answers! Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms (vein spasm on the right of my head above the temple and been getting pain over the top of my head and round the sides) could be due to increased blood pressure. Temporal arteritis is another possibility. Tension headaches too cause a bulging vein at the temple with headaches.
First of all get your blood pressure checked. If this is high, then this needs to be controlled. Tension headache is often diagnosed by the symptoms alone. Keep a headache calendar, how the symptoms started, how they progressed, what medication you took and how and when they disappeared.
Temporal arteritis is a less likely cause and can be investigated by an internal medicine specialist later.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

stress and anxiety can cause a lot of the issues you just named.

the free ebook below will explain to u how u can live without stress and anxiety :)

if your at the age where heartproblems might become an issue,
you might want to visit a cardiologist for a standard checkup.

i have a friend who has the same problem with a vein in his head twitching.
it started after doing drugs for a few months, stayed for a while, but then went away.

i have had the crunching ear thing,
it helps to drink a lot of water. and not swallow too much when you get the impulse to swallow 10 times per second.

if you ever get the problem where it feels like water is stuck in your ear 24/7,
putting a bit of salt in your mouth might solve that problem.
yet if u'd have bloodpressure problems, u don't want to eat too much salt ofcourse ;)
