Hello.

I'm so sorry for the nightmare that you're going through.

I don't know what is causing this.  From my research there are a myriad of possibilities.  Other women who have had a similar problem have seen gynecologists, internal med. dr.s,  dermatologists, and finally neurologists.

It seems that a neurologist may be the way to go.  You may (and maybe should, if you haven't already) be checked by these other types of dr.s to rule out non-neurological causes.

This isn't what I would like to hear if I were in your shoes but it's the best I can ascertain.

Now, from a laywoman's perspective I must ask a couple of questions of you.  When you say you changed everything did that include toilet paper, if it's a perfumy fancy kind?  And are you in the habit of wearing tight jeans or underwear?   Either can cause serious infections that can drive you up a wall.

I wish I could be of help.  Just don't despair and be tenacious.  You need to be proactive in insisting that you need a solution, sooner than later.

  Blessings,

    Melinda

Hi well that isn't any fun at all having that feeling and being uncomfortable on a daily basis. It is even more frustrating when you go out and you are wearing jeans or other types of clothes and it does hurt.
I remember a friend of mine a long time ago who had what you are experiencing. She ate alot of dairy products. Dairy products are needed in  daily diet but too much ice cream, too much yogurt or milk etc. Try to lower your intake of dairy just for awhile as a test run and see what happens. I know you are probably going to say "What"! but go purchase a jar of Vaseline. It has been around a long time. You do not need to put a lot on that area. Use a teaspoon and rub it around good, but don't over do the amount you use. Vaseline is very concentrated. A little goes a long way. I hope you find some relief soon. Take care of yourself. Let me know about the outcome if you want to:)
