constant ringing in my ear

I was treated for sinus infection; afterward I started having earaches in both eats and constant ringing in mu tight ear.  I seen doc and had ears flushed, but ringing still is constant and earache still comes and goes.  I was given Augmenting for possible ear infection, but my right ear still still constantly rings and now I have pain in the side of my neck where the eustacion tube probably runs.  The ringing is driving me crazy, and I need desperate help.

Since you still have pain in the ear it may still be clogged or you may still have an infection. I would return to the doctor and see if perhaps the antibiotic didn't work as many bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics and you may need a different one. While you are there if it is just still clogged the doctor can take a look and see if that is the case and advise you.
Or,
You can try de-clogging it as the other post said plus try taking a antihistamine for several days. This may help dry up the fluids that can cause the congestion and pain too. Often, the antihistamine can help the most. I would take one that dries such as benedryl if you can.

Do steam inhalations.  In a bowl pour in a boiling kettleful of water.  Take care not to get scalded.  Put some vick or olbas oil into the hot water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and the bowl with a towel.  Breathe in the steam through your nose and out through mouth.
Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time.  This will help to loosen up the congestion in the Eustachian tube that is causing pressure on your ear drum.

You can also get some nasal spray, or the doctor could prescribe that.
Trouble with nasal sprays they are not very good for long term use.

If the ringing in your ears does not stop once the congestion has been cleared, unfortunately, there is no cure.  The condition of ringing in the ears is called Tinnitus.

Best wishes.
