Soars in nose
Around the age of 50 my husband started getting this soar in his nose. It starts out as a tiny pimple that feels prickly when touched, then more come and gets very soar a few days go by abd they are spread up in his nose then a day or two later they will drain very painful and they scab also any idea what this could be
You really need to see a physician immediately. An infection in the nasal cavity must be evaluated, cultured and treated as soon as possible.
The way to describe the onset is very much like herpes 1 which do present in nose from time to time.
The pimples that your husband is getting sound very much like impetigo.
Impetigo is very contagious so do not share towels, pillows.
It usually heals up on its own in 3 weeks. But as he seems to be getting them rather a lot, it would be a good idea to see the doctor who can prescribe an antibacterial cream to apply.
Tell your husband not to touch the spots because this just spreads the infection.
