My dad never takes me to see a doctor. :/ And secondly, I use to take Iron supplements and I ran out a few months back and my fatherly hasn't gotten anymore since. Honestly, I don't remember the last time I have seen a doctor.

Dear Reenadaisy, First of all you need to see your doctor and have your iron checked, my daughter faints a lot around period time due to very low iron. Make sure the shower is not boiling hot as the hot steam can make you faint, also check your food intake, if you are on a diet and not eating at all this will certainly make you faint. But first go to your doctor and have a check up. Good luck.

My daughter did the same thing beginning at about your age.  Anytime she was in a confined or crowed space she would faint.  I researched and found that it is normal at your age, especially for girls, to have this occur due to lack of oxygen.  I would suggest that you survey yourself when this happens to see if maybe you are holding your breath more than you realize resulting in lack of oxygen to your brain.  Try focusing on making sure that you are not feeling anxious or in a hurry to get out of the small space in the shower, and that you remember to BREATHE......   I say this because I know my daughter would begin to breathe very shallowly when she was in crowds in an effort to fade into the background.   Teenage years are tough to deal with for everybody and breath holding occurs way more often than people realize.   So.... just remember to breathe....

You should talk to your doctor.  The tiredness *could* be anemia (or a great number of other things).  Anemia could make you more prone to fainting.

Some people are rather heat sensitive.  When you get too hot, your body sends as much blood as possible to the skin to help you cool down faster.  Unfortunately, it sometimes sends too much, and you don't have enough left for your brain, at which point you faint, which is what I suspect is happening in the shower, especially if you have hot showers.  However, multiple faints is a reason to see the doctor, in case it's something more serious.

If you feel faint, lie down flat with your feet up before you fall down.  If there's no room to lie down, sit with your head between your knees, but lying all the way down is better.  You can also clench your abs (like you were straining to poop) to force more blood up into your head, which could help.
