In all probability you have gastroenteritis. Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers etc. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacid and antiemetic (this SOS for vomiting). Take something for fever like acetaminophen. Watch out for a day or two with this treatment. If it does not help, consult a doctor. Take care!

Is this a long term condition? If it is you could have Crohn's Disease or one of the Irritable Bowel / Gastroenteritis conditions. Night sweats, Nausea, Abdominal Pain are also associated with these conditions.
me personally i would say you had a bad form of cold. it can effect people in many different ways
